Donna and I know we made the right decision to hire Dorothy Gerber. From the first day to the last hour her business ethic and her ability to get everything done on time and plow through roadblocks was amazing. I would not hesitate one minute to hire her again if needed. Thank you so much Dorothy it was a pleasure working with you.

Dorothy is an outstanding realtor! Her experience served us well several times during our selling process. She knows her market, is very knowledgeable about the overall home sale process and is an excellent negotiator. Her attention to detail and her follow up skills are best in class. We had a quick sale thanks to Dorothy and a smooth closing too. Dorothy has terrific people skills and is a great ambassador for Shorewest. We've recommended Dorothy to local friends should they need a realtor in the future.

Dorothy has demonstrated exceptional service during the entire time we spent trying to sell our condo. This covers the period when we were preparing the unit to be listed all the way through the closing process and follow up afterword.

We worked with Dorothy when we bought our house in Williams Bay. She was wonderful, making everything easy and smoothing out any bumps in the road. When it came time to sell that house and move closer to our children we knew we wouldn’t trust our listing to anyone but Dorothy! It was a joy to work with her again, and our house sold the first day!! We consider Dorothy to be the very best realtor, as well as a friend!! Definitely 5 stars and more!!

Dorothy is an excellent realator. She knows the market, understands people and did an outstanding job keeping on top of every detail during escrow. I highly recommend her.

Dorothy Gerber was the realtor who guided us through our hunt for a home when we came to Williams Bay twelve years ago. We were impressed with her knowledge of the area and her professionalism and couldn't have been happier with how she handled every detail. So, when we made the decision that it was time for us to downsize we didn't think twice about who we wanted to shepherd us through the process, this time as sellers. We had an offer within four days of listing our home, and her advice and counsel were extremely valuable in guiding us through the decision making process. Since we were moving from the community, Dorothy connected us with Shorewest in Janesville, where Mary Gilbank Peterson helped us find a home in a pretty compressed time frame. All went smoothly and, once again, we were 100% satisfied with our Dorothy/Mary/Shorewest experience. We would highly recommend both and Shorewest to anyone! Karen Johnston

Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We would use her again without hesitation.

The purchase of our property went very smoothly. Dorothy Gerber went above and beyond to secure the information needed to make the purchase‼️

Recently, I was lucky enough to have Dorothy as my Real Estate Agent. Wow! She is a wealth of information, extremely knowledgeable and pays attention to every last detail to get to close! So grateful for your service, Dorothy! Thank you for your professionalism and support! I don’t know if I would be the happy new homeowner I am; if it wasn’t for you! Mike M.

Having grown up with C21 real estate brokers and owners for parents I have found many of the realtors I have used in my adult life disappointing . Not the case with Dorothy Gerber! She has the solid fund of knowledge of the area , pricing AND negotiation experience, and professionalism I expect from a realtor. She is very thorough and assisted with all questions I had on property or found resources for me to contact. She was available as needed by phone and text and had excellent follow up and follow through all the way to closing time and after . We will for sure use her for other purchases and sales in this area and have already recommended her to friends .
