Dorothy Gerber was the realtor who guided us through our hunt for a home when we came to Williams Bay twelve years ago. We were impressed with her knowledge of the area and her professionalism and couldn't have been happier with how she handled every detail. So, when we made the decision that it was time for us to downsize we didn't think twice about who we wanted to shepherd us through the process, this time as sellers. We had an offer within four days of listing our home, and her advice and counsel were extremely valuable in guiding us through the decision making process. Since we were moving from the community, Dorothy connected us with Shorewest in Janesville, where Mary Gilbank Peterson helped us find a home in a pretty compressed time frame. All went smoothly and, once again, we were 100% satisfied with our Dorothy/Mary/Shorewest experience. We would highly recommend both and Shorewest to anyone! Karen Johnston
