Don Austgen is an exceptional agent! In selling my vacation home, I found him easy to speak with and clear in his communication. He was always polite, professional, positive, knowledgeable, and thorough. He also went the extra mile in coordinating my purchase of all new kitchen appliances (along with their delivery and installation), quite a number of repairs to the unit, moving some personal property out of the unit, and oversaw the cleaning and painting of this property. I received an emailed update every Friday regarding the market. I highly recommend Don Austgen also because of his integrity. He is always kind and keeps his word. Don is the consummate agent!
Don was and has been a pleasure to work with. When we began working with Don we did not know when we would actually be purchasing. He was extremely patient with us and offered great advice on many occasions. I am thrilled with our property and with the service and support that Don provided. Cannot wait for the next one.
Don is very easy to work with; and extremely responsive and accommodating. He knows the area extremely well and is able to provide pros/cons for each area/property. Everything we look for in a realtor!

I definitely rank Don with 5 stars. He is extremely professional, responsive, and trustworthy. He is an excellent listener as I had an unusual requirement and he was understanding and able to adapt.
I am happy to be a reference for Don.
Sincerely,
Steve

Overall our experience was outstanding. The escrow process was quite new to me and my wife, but Don and Angela guided us through the whole sale process and made sure everything was done appropriately. We had a few maintenance items to deal with for the buyers and Don went the extra mile to help us get that done, which was much appreciated as it is difficult to organize when you live off island. Don was very complete and very patient as we bombarded him with lots of questions. We are happy to give our highest recommendation’s to Don and his team!!! Thanks for all you help
