I had been around the block with realtors. So many of them (I think the total was 8). They all promised the world (all of them), but none ever delivered. Frankly, several never showed me a single home! Each time we spoke I got another story or more excuses.
Then I stumbled upon Dimitri. To say I was apprehensive is an understatement, but as I quickly learned, Dimitri always delivered! Anything he agreed to do, he did. Anything he said he would do, he did. He drove throughout the triad bringing me to and walking me through homes, sometimes blocking off a full day from his schedule to do so. But most importantly, he was honest.
Possibly the most important service Dimitri provided me was his opinion, which I found surprisingly objective and valuable. I don't like making decisions in a vacuum and needed an objective opinion on a number of things. And when things weren't right, he let me know. It wasn't about the dollar, it was about knowing that if he worked hard and guided me appropriately, he would earn my business and perhaps a referral and/or a five star review (which he now has). I don't write reviews for anyone, but I'm writing this for Dimitri.
He would occasionally call and ask if there was anything I need him to work on for me. Who does this?!
He responded to each and every communication, even if they were redundant. If he doesn't have an answer, he'll get one and will get back to you.
I eventually chose new construction. In working with the builder Dimitri became the voice of reason. I had to be on top of every aspect of the build due to important issues, and the persistent nature of these issues would occasionally lend itself to me questioning my own reasoning. But Dimitri didn't just take my side, he provided specific reasons I was justified in feeling the way I did. In several instances he voiced his own concerns to the builder. I found this invaluable...particularly because the builder then made changes.
I'd like to suggest you give Dimitri a chance at earning your business. I am certain you will be glad you did.
