I cannot recommend Diane highly enough! She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire home-buying process. My offer was accepted on the very day I was leaving for vacation, and Diane went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of while I was away. She coordinated the home inspection, helped me find an attorney, and handled all the important details to keep everything moving smoothly. Her professionalism, dedication, responsiveness, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. I always felt that I was in good hands and that she had my best interests at heart. If you're looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and truly committed to her clients, Diane is the one! Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure to business with Nick and Diane. They were highly responsive and skillful in their negotiations with the buyer.

Very professional….a pleasure to work with….

Working with Nick Geranios and Diane Thorson made our family house sale go so smoothly. They assisted us on every level possible to insure that all items were handled - from getting the house ready for the market, to analyzing offers and providing advice, to helping items needed for the official sale closure. This was particularly important because I live on the West coast. The entire process was stress-free, and I know it was in large part due to having the team of Nick and Diane involved.

Nick and Diane were fabulous! They were patient with our questions, always very accommodating to us and made this entire experience go as smoothly as possible. If we needed a realtor, we would call them in a second!

My wife, Ellen, and I have been very happy with the communication and follow through by Nick and Diane to assist us in this process to purchase our new home in Pittsfield. They were willing to meet us multiple times at the home as we attempted to facilitate a quick sales process, and it was due to their dedicated effort and communication that this successful transaction was able to come together so efficiently. We are extremely grateful to them in helping us make the move back to my wife's hometown, and we will most definitely recommend William Pitt/Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty to friends, family, and colleagues going forward.

Working with Nick Geranios and Diane Thorson has been a great experience. I can easily say they are the best real estate agents I have ever worked with (and I have worked with at least five more previously!). I cannot praise them enough. They cared for everything, and everything 'just perfectly happened'. They are fantastic professionals and a pleasure to work with!

Diane Thorson embodies the highest standards of professionality, business ethics, and personal warmth that anyone would want in a real estate agent.

Our realtor, Diane Thorson, guided us carefully and professionally through the journey of purchasing a second home in the Berkshires. She worked patiently with us to ascertain what we really wanted and then made some key suggestions as to what kind of home would really fill our needs. She communicated with us often over the long process until we found what turned out to be the right fit for us. Diane was always available, walked us through the process of bidding and followed through past the closing to make sure that all our concerns were met.
