Bill Scott was awesome to work with, he provided us valuable information when we were touring the property, he was excellent in helping to negotiate the transaction and provided an amazing amount of information on new construction, how to negotiate holdbacks, their value, and reduced our stress in consummating the transaction. Personally owning 4 properties and a rental that we are in now, in my opinion, he doesn't have many peers.
