I cannot more highly recommend Denise Price, having worked with her to both buy and eventually sell my first home. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the entire process: about the idiosyncrasies of Boston-area cities and their specific regulations, about the local market climate, about macro trends, and about everything relevant to your home. She is diligent, vigilant, communicative, and capable. I haven't worked with another realtor and, honestly, unless she retires before my next real restate purchase, I have no interest to.
