I began working with Denise in October 2025 to sell my sister-in-law’s home while also coordinating her move to New Jersey—all from over 600 miles away. The situation was far from simple. The home required significant attention, as my sister-in-law had been a hoarder and the house was in very rough condition. Denise immediately stepped in and went far beyond what you would expect from a realtor. She coordinated everything—appliance removal, painters, maintenance work, carpeting, landscaping—and made sure each detail was handled efficiently and professionally. What truly stood out was the level of personal commitment. Denise involved her husband, Pat, and even her daughter and son-in-law to help manage and oversee various aspects of the process. Their combined efforts made what could have been an overwhelming situation feel manageable and under control. Despite the distance, Denise kept me informed every step of the way and guided me through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and expertise. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have under the circumstances. I truly cannot say enough about Denise’s dedication and professionalism. When we decided it was time to downsize and move, we had many decisions to make.  Contacting Denise to help us find a new home was one of our BEST decisions.  She is a true professional -- organized, experienced, reliable, trustworthy, ethical, a true gentlewoman. She gave us many pieces of sound advice, especially when things got stressful (as they will). She was an excellent communicator, always letting us know her availability in case we needed to reach her. She stayed in touch daily through the entire process until we were settled in our new home, and even after that she has touched base with us periodically to see how we are doing. It's difficult to NOT become friends with Denise when you work closely with her to buy or sell your home. We have recommended her to friends, and if we move again, she'll be the first person we contact. She's special -- a 'gem' in the real estate world.

Denise was very thorough with her detailed preparations in helping us get ready to sell our home. It was clear how much time and attention went into the materials that she created to help promote our home and at the same time answer any and all questions we might have had about the process. One of our favorite features we couldn't have been more pleased with was the photographs she used in creating the marketing materials. Also, she coached us through, in record-time, how to best present our house for sale, and we were blessed to have an offer within the first two days of showings! Denise was always reachable and in regular contact with us throughout the process from start to finish. That's something we really appreciated and valued! Denise did a great job during a very stressful time for me. The only thing I would have wanted was more input in the pictures taken of the interior of my home ( by the photographer) I would not recommend him .

Denise couldn’t have been better! Showed us our favorite house very quickly after our first phone call. Always very responsive to emails, texts, and calls. Went the extra mile and sent us school district ratings and crime watch reports for the area. Answered every question we had, and there were a lot of them!
