Denise was outstanding! She is super detail-oriented and has an incredible eye for visuals. Denise put together a professional marketing package that was one of the key reasons our home sold in just over a week. Denise did an amazing job planning and managing multiple open house events over 3 days. She helped generate a good amount of interest from the open house events as well as her follow ups with interested buyers. Denise is knowledgeable about the market and selling process and kept us updated and guided us during the challenging due diligence timeframe. Our house went under contract so quickly because of her thoughtful efforts. I would highly recommend hiring Denise to sell your house. Nisfan. (A a super happy customer!)

Denise is a great person as well as an awesome realtor. My home buying experience with her was phenomenal. Her knowledge, professionalism, skills and not to mention her best interest at heart for me; made my buying experience more worthwhile. I was able to acquire a lovely home that I didn't think was possible after a slight sat back. Denise's ability to communicate effectively to the lender and builder on my behalf was magnificent. I don't think that I could have been referred to a better agent. Denise Neuheimer Realtor (Coldwell Banker Advantage)

During the time we worked with Denise, she kept our goals as a priority and her guidance showed she continuously advocated for us. She is a Rock Star in the best ways. Focused, determined and has a fine personal touch with people, leading with her honesty and integrity.

The experience I had when working with Denise was very positive. She is very resourceful so if it can be done, it will be done; as her patience precedes her. Our time was always respected as she was never late for our meetings and answered all of our questions. If there was something she didn't know, she would get right back to us with the answer. She's become a family friend & we would absolutely work with her again.

There is no greater pleasure than to be able to endorse Denise unequivocally and without reservations. Our unabashed enthusiasm and honor to recommend her is because we worked together as a team. Denise has a unique combination of smarts, intuition, tenacity, and positivity that prevails in the most difficult situations. She is the highest-ranked person when they ask "would you hire the person you just talked to?" You will simply do better with Denise on your side!

Denise's willingness to help others went beyond our expectations. I have had the pleasure in working with her and can say that her attention to detail, responsiveness and technical acumen are unmatched. Denise is centered on the client, and she has the intellect to assess a situation like a pro!
