A True Professional Dena is a true professional real estate agent who was willing to take on a first-time home buyer, my son. Her experience was so valuable in making this an excellent learning experience for him while navigating our way through a very tight market. We started working with Dena in July and closed escrow in November. She guided us every step of the way. Dena had an excellent working relationship with our lender and with the other real estate agent. The best compliment I can give Dena is that we stayed withing our budget, got our offer accepted and, together with the other agent, was successful in getting the house appraised for slightly above the accepted offer.
