With all of the technology out there , I often thought to myself “Do I even need a realtor?”. I had never gone through the process before and I thought it would be nice and smooth. However, the process has a lot of moving parts and most of the people along the way have their best interests in mind and not yours. Deb went above and beyond handling the sale of my dad’s home following his death.
