With all of the technology out there , I often thought to myself “Do I even need a realtor?”. I had never gone through the process before and I thought it would be nice and smooth. However, the process has a lot of moving parts and most of the people along the way have their best interests in mind and not yours. That is why you NEED to have a realtor with your best interest in mind to guide you through the process. I knew that I had that with Deb when I first met her and she did not disappoint! I would have been lost without her and probably would have been out a lot of money. I tend to be very reactive with my decisions and Deb leveled me out with her knowledge and experience. I will (and already have) recommend her to all my friends and family.
