Deanne was referred to us by a friend and after interviewing her and a couple of other realtors we decided to go with Deanne because she was honest with us about the market and process. We worked with Deanne for about 3 months and her knowledge of the area and buying process is second to none. This was our first time buying a home and it was a bit overwhelming to start but Deanne was patient and explained the process to us so well. At each home we went to she talked about the pros and cons of the area and the house which helped us see the full picture to be able to make an informed decision on if that was the right fit for us. After a couple of offers that didn't work out (the competitiveness of the Seattle market is no joke), we finally found the perfect home for us and couldn't be happier!
