Made the entire purchasing process incredibly smooth. We knew nearly nothing about the process going into it and Deanne made sure to tell us what we needed to know, when we needed to know it. When we asked questions she answered them in the clearest way possible, and gave honest feedback on things when we were looking for it (such as potential future work). I will absolutely be recommending Deanne to anyone we know looking to purchase a home going forward.
