David was great to work with. Since we were moving from out of State he was very helpful in letting us know about some of the intricacies for Texas - and helped get us over the finish line to the house of our dreams.

This is the second home we bought with David’s help. He is incredibly patient showing us several homes multiple times to help us figure out exactly what we wanted. He is very professional & thorough. For example, he made sure the numbers on closing documents were correct. He’s the best!
