Jim did an excellent job explaining how he would market my home and helping me decide which offer was best. He went above and beyond to remove and dispose of some items from the house that the buyers decided at the last minute that they did not want. He made the whole process very easy.
Danielle and her dad Jim Kempf make a great team. Their presentation to me about the process of selling my mom's house was very thorough and detailed. She went through all the steps in the selling process, including open houses, distribution of literature to neighboring houses, showings, inspections, and made suggestions to get the house ready to sell. Danielle is very detail focused and did a great job answering my many questions. Danielle and Jim made this process easy for me. I would highly recommend them.
Went above and beyond! It was definitely a hard home selling process due to the historic district and it's tough occupancy inspection, but Danielle & Jim completely took over when I had to move across the country for my job. All the stress was removed from me so that I could focus on my move and new job and they're both handling the hard job of juggling multiple contractors, inspections, buyer requests, etc.
The listing was beautiful as well and we got an offer very quickly!
I'll be recommending them both to everyone I know, they're the best realtors I've ever met!

I can't brag enough about Jim and Danielle with Coldwell Banker. This is my second home purchase with Jim and Danielle, and my first seller experience, and they were awesome! Jim & Danielle are quick to respond to any and all request for information or assistance. They were in constant contact with me regarding buyer (me) opportunities, showings, etc., and they were spot on when I listed my condo. The Kempf Team had my back for last minute buyer (3rd party) request, inspections, and dealing with U-City for occupancy permits.
