Went above and beyond! It was definitely a hard home selling process due to the historic district and it's tough occupancy inspection, but Danielle & Jim completely took over when I had to move across the country for my job. All the stress was removed from me so that I could focus on my move and new job and they're both handling the hard job of juggling multiple contractors, inspections, buyer requests, etc. The listing was beautiful as well and we got an offer very quickly! I'll be recommending them both to everyone I know, they're the best realtors I've ever met!
