When things didn't always go as planned, Dan was sympathetic but calm and knew things would work out or the right property would come along. My husband can be impatient, but Dan kept him level and explained everything and how we could work through any issues. When we needed to have a few things looked at regarding the property he had contacts and references for us to use, which was extremely helpful, especially with us not being from the area.
