Dan was awesome! He knew exactly what to look for as we were touring houses and was very honest about quality and condition of the homes. We felt safe waiving the inspection since Dan looked at things we wouldn’t have considered like the roof, landscape grading, furnace age, foundation settling, ect!
Dan was everything a realtor could be. He helped me work through signing documents by email, attentive to the factors in my personal life stressing me and went out of his way to help make things continue to go smoothly. Very helpful in keeping us informed about what was next and needed to be done.

Dan made the first-time home buying experience a lot less intimidating. He ensured to explain all the ins and outs without being overwhelming or scaring us away from the process. He also was very knowledgeable about the loan type we were using and always made sure we were not wasting our time on properties that would not pass appraisal. He was very relatable, and we never felt like we couldn't get clarification on something no matter how obvious the question may have been to a more experienced buyer. He also provided a lot of information within the homes themselves, such as updates they may need to happen in the near future to prepare us for what costs could look like more immediately when purchasing a home. He really cared, and we could tell he wanted us to end up in a good home that was going to work for our family while also sticking to our budget. I have nothing but great things to say about Dan.
