Cynthia was very easy to work with and offered great suggestions of options to view. My sister loves her new home.

Cynthia was a gem, she was dealing with a very difficult buyer broker ok the other side. She handled really well. She went over and above what her job was. I am a real estate broker for over 38 years and Cynthia really worked hard to get the deal done. She is hardier than she appears. Cynthia kept the deal together. She had lots of patience, more than I had. She did an amazing job. I sold the house for my mom. This Julianne Ward.

Overall, we had a good experience working with Cynthia. She was knowledgeable and helpful during key parts of the process. At times communication could have quicker, but she ultimately helped us successfully close on the sale of our property.

Cynthia is the best!!! My husband and I have had the most pleasing experience with Cynthia as our realtor. She's professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend her!

Cynthia went above and beyond to sell my property. She had helpful information to solve any issues that cane up. She acted professionally and always in my best Interest.

Cynthia was fantastic in the home buying process. We found the beach home of our dreams, and the process was easy and efficient. Thank you again for all of your hard work!

After looking at several properties in the Carolina Shores area, we recently found and purchased a lovely townhome. Cynthia Taylor was our very patient realtor. She was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and was always quick to respond to our many questions during the purchasing process. She made herself available when we wanted to see the listings that interested us and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Cynthia!!

Cynthia was a pleasure to work with in finding me my forever home. She is very knowledgeable about real estate, and she will go above and beyond for her clients. She listened to what my ideal house would look like and found me the perfect home. I would highly recommend Cynthia!

We really liked Cynthia as our realtor. First, because she has a great personality and that goes a long way when you need to explain exactly what you are looking for in property. Second, she got the job done! We asked a lot of questions and she got answers to them all and in a timely manner. We were wanting to make a quick turn around to close as we were going out of town, and she made sure everything was completed before we had to leave. We would be more than happy to use her again if the opportunity arises.
