Christy is really passionate about serving her clients. Knew from the first time I met her and Ron Skagen that they were the ones to list with. And, my expectations were exceeded in every way. She is very prompt at following up and cares deeply about making sure her properties look their best before every showing. The result was an excellent offer which I gladly accepted. The first thing to know about Christy is that she is a professional. She's been in the Real Estate industry for a long time, and it shows in her knowledge and experience. Just when I thought it was too late in the evening to text or call her with an "urgent" question, her reply is always contact me whenever you need to. Working with Christy was the best experience I have had in a home purchase. All information was given up front and in detail. She was always available to answer questions and in some cases advice as we moved along with the sale of my then current residence. The one drawback was the time I had to spend in hotels waiting for the purchase of my new home. However that was pretty much my fault as I was fixated on the sale of my old home and was late in making an offer on my new home. Here again Christy worked hard to keep things moving despite my late offer for a new home. I would have no problem with using First Weber and especially Christy for any realty needs. I should also mention that John was there to offer support throughout the process.
Christy was a first class ambassador to the Northwoods! She didn't just find us a new home - she educated us on the ins and outs of the community. She took the time to get to know us and made sure to point things out that we needed to know. She went above an beyond what we would have expected from a realtor and took care of us as if we were part of her family. Our relationship with her is not ending with the closing of our home - we hope to maintain this new friendship far into the future!
