My wife and I have bought and sold numerous properties and there is no substitute for a realtor that is professional, Honest, knowledgeable, responsive and truly cares about his clients. Chris is that person! I can’t even imagine buying or selling a property without Chris being there to represent our best interest. Chris has been both a Buyers and Sellers agent for us and having him as our realtor smoothes the way through a complicated and sometimes overwhelming process. Chris is hands down the best relator we’ve ever had and the fact that he’s such a good person, adds to his long list of attribute's.

Chris is a true professional. In our fourth transaction, his skill and reputation helped us secure a one-of-a-kind property in a competitive bid. He’ll always be my first call for real estate. You won’t find a better Realtor in Colorado.

Chris was a great partner through our recent purchase! He is the utmost professional and was supportive and very communicative through the entire process. Will absolutely use him for our next purchase or sale and can't recommend high enough.

Chris is a true professional. He guided us through every step of the listing/sale process. He brought extensive market knowledge to us. He helped us when we were uncertain about techniques and processes. Through his guidance our home sold in 4 days. We would recommend him without hesitation

We could not have sold our property without Chris. His deep knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism exceeded all of our expectations. Chris was always available, and always went the extra mile. We have worked with a number of realtors over the years and Chris is the best by far. We wouldn’t list another property without him.

Chris is a true professional ! He took over our property listing after another broker had NO results after 6 months, in the busiest time of the year. Chris took charge, listed in the right markets, and at the right price. We had 3 offers in a short perIod of time and at the "slowest" market time of the year for hi value acreage property. I highly recommend him. I hijjl

Chris fulfilled every commitment he made and sold my house 🏠 very quickly in a market that was trending downward. On top of that it was winter and although buyers were not plentiful he brought in a good amount of traffic.

Chris was amazing through the entire process. Highly recommend!
