Chris Pandel was an excellent real estate agent, especially for us, since we were from out of state. She took us on at least 5 Facetime tours of houses in Virginia while we were at home in New Jersey. She looked in every door, cupboard, and crawlspace on these virtual house tours and let us know when she saw something that wasn't right or something that was very good. Not sure if other realtors would have done that for us. Through her efforts we were able to confidently offer on several houses including the one we finally bought. Chris Pandel absolutely rocks. I had to sell a rental Property I have had for 30 years in Richmond, Va. I live in illinois. The house required extensive repairs. chris introduced me to The contractor I would hire, let me order things from Home Depot to be delivered to her so they would not be stolen from The porch of an empty house, she coordinated with my Sister who is a painter. I honestly have never seen a person go so far above and beyond. She should not just be agent of the year but agent of The decade.
