Chris Pandel was an excellent real estate agent, especially for us, since we were from out of state. She took us on at least 5 Facetime tours of houses in Virginia while we were at home in New Jersey. She looked in every door, cupboard, and crawlspace on these virtual house tours and let us know when she saw something that wasn't right or something that was very good. Not sure if other realtors would have done that for us. Through her efforts we were able to confidently offer on several houses including the one we finally bought. We really appreciate her efforts on our behalf.
