Chris contacted me shortly after I received word that he was asked to help me sell my home. He explained the process, left his contact information. Most importantly, he constantly kept in touch, and explained how the process would work. Showing times were shared ahead of time - giving me time to make sure my home was "reasonably" ready for a showing. I am so impressed with Chris that I asked him to help me find a new home. He listened to my needs and showed me homes that accommodated my lifestyle - and guess what? I am scheduled to close on my new home in a few days! Chris was wonderful to work with. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns, made the whole process as smooth as possible, and worked hard to get our house sold quickly!

We met Chris at an open house - he was an extremely nice guy ! (I'm from NY and that's a very rare quality!) Long story short - we loved that house, made a bid and someone wanted more than us. Fast foward - Chris showed us houses and we finally found one in Brunswick Forest. Chris was very helpful all the way to the end of the closing. He even offer to help when it was time to move in. We still haven't moved in but little by little we'll get there. Chris answered every question we had and if he didn't know the answer he got the answer. Chris is a great guy and is good at what he does.
