Chris was very professional and gave me valuable advice in determining the value of my property. My situation was rather complex and he recommended we get all the documentation to the title company prior to listing which turned out to be a great time saver. He coordinated absolutely everything with the title company, appraisers, buyer's realtor, etc. and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He had resources available to help me get the repairs completed on time and on budget. Once the property was listed we had multiple offers over asking within a week and a half. Chris took the time to really listen to what we wanted, then worked hard to help us find the house we ultimately got. He was patient with us, met us when we needed to see a place after working hours, and helped us get through the paperwork. As first-time buyers, he took time to explain certain things to us, putting us at ease. As it took us two years off and on (through no fault of his own), he worked hard to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. He is a true professional, was kind and understanding, and made sure we were happy.
