Chris was very professional and gave me valuable advice in determining the value of my property. My situation was rather complex and he recommended we get all the documentation to the title company prior to listing which turned out to be a great time saver. He coordinated absolutely everything with the title company, appraisers, buyer's realtor, etc. and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He had resources available to help me get the repairs completed on time and on budget. Once the property was listed we had multiple offers over asking within a week and a half.
