Chad Walker | Jaqua Realtors | Testimonial Tree

We met Chad in August when we were in MI and saw a home Jaqua had listed that we were interested in. We didn’t have an agent so Chad a realtor at Jaqua showed us the home. Because he was so kind, quick to listen and knowledgeable about the area, we asked him to be our realtor. We have bought and sold many homes in 3 states and Chad ranks at the top of all the realtor’s we’ve had. He was very responsive and on top of anything that needed attention. Do not hesitate to call Jaqua and request Chad!! You won’t regret it!

Chad has been fantastic, helping us negotiate all the aspects of purchasing a new home. He was always available to check out a new location. Once we settled on the home we wanted he and the other associates partnered with Jaqua made the process easy and smooth. Next we’ll have Chad to sell our old house and I’m sure it will be just as spectacular!!

Chad is one of the best realtors I have worked with. Highly responsive, knowledgeable about the properties, and provides valuable insights into both the strengths and potential drawbacks of each home. He was always willing to accommodate long travel times and never hesitated to go the extra mile.

Chad is very knowledgeable about real estate and is a very likable professional Realtor! He provided us with statistics, comparable homes prices, marketed our home through many avenues, had an open house, sent fliers, had beautiful brochures made of our home, gave excellent advice, arranged for a professional photographer to photograph our home inside and even drone photography outside of our home. He kept us in contact throughout the selling process and all along we felt confident our home would sell because of his strong expertise in real estate! Not only does he know the real estate biz, he has a friendly personality we enjoyed! He wasn’t just our Realtor, he became our friend through the selling of our home! I would recommend Chad to anyone looking for a Realtor!!
