Chad is very knowledgeable about real estate and is a very likable professional Realtor! He provided us with statistics, comparable homes prices, marketed our home through many avenues, had an open house, sent fliers, had beautiful brochures made of our home, gave excellent advice, arranged for a professional photographer to photograph our home inside and even drone photography outside of our home. He kept us in contact throughout the selling process and all along we felt confident our home would sell because of his strong expertise in real estate! Not only does he know the real estate biz, he has a friendly personality we enjoyed! He wasn’t just our Realtor, he became our friend through the selling of our home! I would recommend Chad to anyone looking for a Realtor!!
