Cathy is the best in the business! This was my first time buying a home and she was super helpful with helping me through the buying process. If I had a question she would get back to me quickly with an answer and if there were any issues with the closing she went to bat for me and always had my back. Cathy did a fantastic job with the sale of our home in Cherokee County. It was unfortunate timing, as the housing market was slowing with rising interest rates and we listed just as all that began. It was frustrating to say the least, but Cathy was just the best! She was responsive, gave great advice, and worked hard to make sure we got the best possible price for our home. Cathy was recommended by a good friend to help us sell our home and find our dream home. Honestly I can't say enough good things about Cathy. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and and so much more. There wasn't a question that she couldn't answer or help us find the answer to. Also, she was honest which is so important when you're going through the selling and buying process... She went above and beyond to make sure that we had done everything that we need, knew everything that we needed to know, and helped us prepare every step of the way, even when it wasn't part of her job... Even after all is said and done, she is still extremely helpful and super responsive. I feel like we've gained not only a great connection when it comes to anything home related, but also a friend... I would recommend her (and will) to my closest friends and family. If we ever move again we will most definitely have her on our team but I doubt that we'll be moving as we found the house of our dreams...
