Cathy was recommended by a good friend to help us sell our home and find our dream home. Honestly I can't say enough good things about Cathy. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and and so much more. There wasn't a question that she couldn't answer or help us find the answer to. Also, she was honest which is so important when you're going through the selling and buying process... She went above and beyond to make sure that we had done everything that we need, knew everything that we needed to know, and helped us prepare every step of the way, even when it wasn't part of her job... Even after all is said and done, she is still extremely helpful and super responsive. I feel like we've gained not only a great connection when it comes to anything home related, but also a friend... I would recommend her (and will) to my closest friends and family. If we ever move again we will most definitely have her on our team but I doubt that we'll be moving as we found the house of our dreams...
