If I could give Cathy more than 5 stars I would! Cathy helped me find the perfect apartment a few years back. As a first time home buyer, the process was new to me and there was a lot to learn! Cathy’s knowledge and expertise made the home buying process very straight forward, clear, and stress-free. Cathy was available whenever I needed to ask her a question and she was always very patient. Fast forward a few years later, I have now relocated and had to sell my apartment. Cathy was of course the first person I went to for advice. She helped me stage my apartment beautifully, held multiple open houses and ultimately helped me sell my apartment for over the asking price! Just like the first time I worked with Cathy, she was available whenever I had a question and was very responsive. The selling process was such a breeze thanks to her expertise.
