Cathy Patapis was our real estate agent in 2 capacities : she helped us to buy and sell condo in Hartsdale, NY, with 13 years spun. Both times we had very good flawless experience working with Cathy. She has excellent knowledge of local market and years of experience working in the field. Her expertise was invaluable both times. Cathy has great communication and negotiation skills, we were very grateful for her advices. She suggested the businesses for helping us to prepare our property for selling, making its less stressful for us during our move. My husband and I highly recommend Cathy Patapis as excellent real estate professional and very nice person.
