We were very fortunate to secure RT Christopher and Cathleen Wilder as our realtor team for our sale. I had known of them but never met either. They oversaw 21 showings in three days, and managed our expectations during that time. When the sales agreement did arrive, they continued to guide us through the process until all parties were satisfied and we went under contract and worked towards a completely seamless (at least on our side!) closing, even providing a local Long & Foster office for closing.
