Cathleen is a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable in the DE and PA real estate market and really takes the time to know her clients needs and wants in every situation. Cathleen has handled several real estate transactions for me over the past few years and with each transaction Cathleen was ahead of every detail from initial searches, negotiations, through post settlement. Her attention to details and follow up ensured all transactions were handled smoothly, timely and worry free. I would highly recommend Cathleen!
