Carolyn has sold several of our homes and every time she does fantastic work. She communicates extremely well, which smooths the process so much. We have recommended her to others and they all have been pleased with her.

Carolyn is first a great person. She knows the real estate business totally. She is personable and fun to join in conversation. She is persistent and excellent in taking care of the smallest details. She is patient because we looked at many properties and she was always willing to look at another to find the right one for the client. She was understanding when another property was not the right one. First Weber is going to have a big hole in their lineup when she finally decides to retire.

Carolyn recently helped my son and his wife purchase their first home in Racine. As a realtor myself from out of state, I was only able to guide them so far since I’m unfamiliar with the area.
