Carolyn is a great agent, she is dedicated to helping her clients, organized, resourceful and caring. I am lucky to have had the chance to work with you.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Carolyn! She was not just knowledgeable, but also very caring and patient. She always kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. Her support and advice throughout the process were invaluable. My condo was sold within 2 days, with multiple offers, and above the asking price. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Carolyn was amazing through the entire process of listing and selling our house. She was so helpful offering advice to get the house ready to list and made the process of listing easy and stress free. Her frequent communication, updates, and knowledge of the market made the selling process a lot less stressful. She also did an amazing job helping us connect with good contractors that did the work quickly and for a fair price. Overall Carolyn went above and beyond for us and we enjoyed working with her so much that we will definitely plan to work with her again in the future!

I have not been involved in a real estate transaction for many years and Carolyn walked me through the process with clarity and patience. Though there were conditions to contend with to get to closing, they were handled by Carolyn with professionalism and timely communication. I am extremely grateful for her guidance and support.

We absolutely LOVED working with Carolyn Breed. Carolyn is truly an exceptional realtor who knows the Dayton area inside and out and really understands the current crazy real estate market. We were purchasing an Ohio home from Philadelphia, which was very scary, but Carolyn calmed our fears and guided us every step of the way. She was available 24/7 and was always cheerful and optimistic. Carolyn proved to be very caring, dedicated, educated, friendly, organized, patient, and highly professional. She went the extra mile for us so many times and proved to us that she really cared about helping us get the perfect house, which we absolutely did. We consider Carolyn the best realtor we’ve ever worked with and would work with her again in a heartbeat. We would also highly recommend her to other buyers and sellers. She’s an absolute gem!!!

Carolyn was so very helpful and informative. She told us things that no one else did. She went out of her way and was very sympathetic to our situation. Right now because of how the market is we won’t be able to buy but I hope when that day does come that she will again be our realtor.

Excellent! Definitely five starts. Carolyn made the sale of our Condo a pleasure. She was there to help in every aspect. She was knowledgeable, friendly and gave great advice from start to finish. We highly recommend Carolyn Breed!

Carolyn made selling my home and purchasing my new home less stressful. She was available to answer questions and provided a knowledge base on the current housing situation. She answered all my questions and was available to view homes to fit my schedule. I highly recommend Carolyn for anyone’s housing needs
