We absolutely LOVED working with Carolyn Breed. Carolyn is truly an exceptional realtor who knows the Dayton area inside and out and really understands the current crazy real estate market. We were purchasing an Ohio home from Philadelphia, which was very scary, but Carolyn calmed our fears and guided us every step of the way. She was available 24/7 and was always cheerful and optimistic. Carolyn proved to be very caring, dedicated, educated, friendly, organized, patient, and highly professional. She went the extra mile for us so many times and proved to us that she really cared about helping us get the perfect house, which we absolutely did. We consider Carolyn the best realtor we’ve ever worked with and would work with her again in a heartbeat. We would also highly recommend her to other buyers and sellers. She’s an absolute gem!!!
