It took almost 3 months and 3 mortgage brokers later we finally closed the deal, but if it wasn't for Carol's tenacity, and complete thoroughness this could have easily fallen thru the gaps...People don't care anymore.. but Carol did, and she made sure that everyone was doing what they were supposed to and if not she had someone else on her list of contacts that would.. She is organized and well connected... she wasn't on my team. but she did everything she could for me and her clients so we could get the deal done..
