I met Carol because I responded to one of her listings. I did not have a realtor, I was just surfing and saw a prop that I liked. From the first phone call, she was fast and responsive. The way she responded and communicated was like i was her only customer. It took almost 3 months and 3 mortgage brokers later we finally closed the deal, but if it wasn't for Carol's tenacity, and complete thoroughness this could have easily fallen thru the gaps...People don't care anymore.. but Carol did, and she made sure that everyone was doing what they were supposed to and if not she had someone else on her list of contacts that would.. She is organized and well connected... she wasn't on my team. but she did everything she could for me and her clients so we could get the deal done.. Amazing dedication and professionalism , that is sorely missed in this day and age. Make sure Carol is on your team, but if she's not, she will be great to work with for sure!! Thanks again Carol!!!
