Carl was incredible to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive. He really listened to what we wanted and guided my husband and I through every step with care and confidence. Thanks to his expertise, we found the perfect first home. I highly recommend Carl to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Very professional very informative he knew exactly what we wanted to hear about the houses that came across our list. He made sure that we came into a home that was meant to be for a young couple. There are no more words I can express and have to say about the generosity and the gratitude I have towards him. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

Very professional photos, and website, I was very pleased. Extensive care for my disability needs. Very willing to work with me. Appreciated the quick sale and the very quick closing. Thank you so very much.

Highly recommend Carl for his expertise and knowledge in the industry. He had great insight to what was necessary to sell our home. His value far exceeded our expectations.

Carl knew exactly what we were looking for and delivered! He had patience with us as we looked at several properties. Once we decided to offer, he was knowledgeable and communicate with us through the whole process no matter the time of day. We recommend Carl hands down as the best Real Estate Agent out there!

Carl was fantastic from day one. His knowledge and experience was invaluable and gave us confidence to buy a home without seeing it in person. We?re so grateful to have had him as our agent. The negotiation for our first offer came during a power outage in our MN home that lasted 40 hours. What a trip! We ended up dropping out of the race for that home and so glad we did since we ended up in a better place. Ask Carl to fill in the details! Thanks so much Carl

Working with Carl was a real pleasure. When we decided to look for a condo we knew we needed a good realtor. We had known Carl for a number of years and already knew he was a great person so we decided to see if we could use him as a realtor. From our first meeting with Carl we knew he was going to do a great job. He was very informative with how the buying process was going to go. Carl did not let us down once. It didn?t matter when or where we wanted to look at a property Carl was there. When Carl wrote offers on properties he was very knowledgeable about what should be put in the offer. All we can say is that Carl did an outstanding job and we would definitely recommend him to other people. I can only hope that the rest of the realtors at First Weber are as professional and patient as Carl.

We would not be in the house we are today without Carl. He made the process very easy and had the knowledge to get the deal done to get us into the perfect home. Thank you Carl!

As Real Estate Investors, we have had the opportunity to work with several other Agents. Carl is by far the hardest working agent you will find!! As a result we have bought and sold many properties with him. Because of his attention to detail and honesty we not only view Carl as our number 1 Real Estate Agent but also a very close friend!!
