I was about to go a home flipper buyer that was going to give me a "X" amount. Cara asked me to hang loose a bit before I sign. Two days later she presented a offer $40,000.00 higher. I strongly suggest Cara & the team she works with be your choice. Honest, Truthful, & Reliable. Cary K
