Brooke is highly competent, tenacious and client focused. She went above and beyond in searching all of the beach towns in the Wilmington area for the perfect home for me, including Oak Island, Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, and all of Topsail Island. Brooke is highly responsive, knowledgeable and an absolute asset to your home search. I highly recommend Brooke if you are looking for a home in the greater Wilmington area.

Working with Brooke was a pleasure. My family was moving from out of state and Brooke went out a found locations that she felt best suited our needs. We were only able to come see homes for one day, her knowledge of the area allowed us to maximize this time. Once we did find the home we liked she was in constant contact with us walking us through the process as well as sending us pictures of the home as it was being completed and did a Facetime walk through for us. I highly recommend Brooke Sutton if you are looking to sell or purchase a home.

Brooke did a great job introducing us to Wilmington and the neighborhoods. She introduced us to various types of homes to help us find our style and neighborhood. She was always willing to help us explore. Her advocacy and advice helped us find the home that was a perfect fit. She was not only our realtor she is also now our friend
