Working with Brooke was a pleasure. My family was moving from out of state and Brooke went out a found locations that she felt best suited our needs. We were only able to come see homes for one day, her knowledge of the area allowed us to maximize this time. Once we did find the home we liked she was in constant contact with us walking us through the process as well as sending us pictures of the home as it was being completed and did a Facetime walk through for us. I highly recommend Brooke Sutton if you are looking to sell or purchase a home.
