This review is long overdue. First of all, when you contact Brent, you don’t get just a realtor. You get a consultant, a friend, and an industry professional ready to bat for you. I contacted Brent searching for an investment property with no timeline in mind. Living out of state it is hard to keep up with the zoning laws and the politics in New Orleans. I was blown away by her knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole process from finding the perfect home to negotiating the deal and closing. She was also able to help us navigate the various permitting issues after closing. Even now she still checks in on us to make sure things are going well!
