I truly cannot say enough good things about Brennan Bohman! Their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched, and they consistently go above and beyond to make the entire process seamless.

We had an outstanding experience working with Brennan Bohman in Saugatuck. Not only did he help us with our home, but he also led the interior design and project management for finishing our basement. He took what was essentially a blank slate and transformed it into an incredible family space, one that’s perfect for hosting extended family, giving everyone room to stay comfortably, and creating a place to truly enjoy time together. His ability to take our vision and elevate it into something even better than we imagined really set him apart. Throughout the entire process, Brennan was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He brought thoughtful ideas, strong design instincts, and kept everything organized and moving forward. He’s a true partner in every sense, and we would highly recommend Brennan to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, or anyone in need of high-quality interior design and project management.

Brennan was a great realtor to work with! From day one, he understood our vision for the unique property we were searching for. His knowledge of the southwest Michigan area, vast expertise, attentive responsiveness, and ability to provide referrals for contractors are all reasons why we are glad we worked with him. We would highly recommend Brennan for any real estate needs.

We were very intimidated and overwhelmed to start the search as first-time homebuyers, but Brennan was incredibly patient and provided invaluable guidance to us during this process. He's an expert in the local market, a proactive communicator, and was always available to answer our questions. We felt especially supported during the closing process and will be recommending him to all of our family and friends!

Working with Brennan was an absolute dream from start to finish! From our very first meeting, it was clear that he was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, but also genuinely passionate about helping clients find the perfect fit. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Whether it was answering our endless questions, or negotiating on our behalf, Brennan was always one step ahead. What truly sets him apart is his professionalism, integrity, and unwavering dedication. We never felt pressured—only supported and informed every step of the way. If you're looking for a realtor who is responsive, reliable, and truly cares about your needs, look no further than Brennan. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

I found Brennan online and couldn't be happier with my experience. I was looking for something specific without a defined time frame, and he was patient and responsive when answering any questions I had until the right property came on the market. As an agent from another state I was very impressed with his market knowledge and when the time came he helped reach an agreement with the other party quickly and made the contract to close process extremely smooth. I would highly recommend Brennan and look forward to working with him again and referring business his way in the future.

Brennan worked with us over the course of several years and offers on houses in a competitive market. He had very helpful ideas on potential improvements, construction, on houses that we were interested in. When we did have an offer accepted and were out of town, he was fabulous at coordinating everything and bringing all of the parties together to close on time. The transition of the rental property information and existing bookings was greatly appreciated. He even assisted us post-closing to get settled in the space and went way out of his way to be present at all inspections/appraisals. We were really impressed that he proactively sought out different quotes for us to replace the roof on the house. I would definitely recommend Brennan!

We hit a home run with Brennan! House sold in 12 hours with multiple offers. So grateful for his expertise and knowledge of the market.

A True Gem in Real Estate – Brennan’s Expertise Shines! A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Brennan was an incredible asset in helping us purchase our fourth rental property (third purchase with Brennan!). Not only is he highly knowledgeable about the real estate market, but he also has a natural eye for cute houses and perfect short-term rentals. His background as an interior designer and former short-term rental owner was invaluable, as he offered great suggestions on how to maximize the appeal and functionality of the property for future guests. Brennan’s attention to detail, combined with his design expertise, ensured that we found a property that ticked all the boxes. He truly understands what makes a short-term rental stand out, and his input was a game-changer during our search. Brennan’s professionalism, along with his warm and approachable nature, made the entire process enjoyable and smooth. If you’re in the market for a short-term rental or a beautifully curated home, Brennan is the real estate agent you need. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase, and we’re grateful for his exceptional guidance!

I can’t recommend Brennan enough! He was instrumental in helping me find a new home in a very low inventory market. Once he found an off market new construction home that met all my needs, he negotiated well on my behalf. Brennan is not only professional, but you can tell that he really cares about his clients and wants to do right by them. His sense of style and design were added benefits as I needed to make many decisions. I’ve worked with many agents in the past, and Brennan has been the best by far.
