Brennan worked with us over the course of several years and offers on houses in a competitive market. He had very helpful ideas on potential improvements, construction, on houses that we were interested in. When we did have an offer accepted and were out of town, he was fabulous at coordinating everything and bringing all of the parties together to close on time. The transition of the rental property information and existing bookings was greatly appreciated. He even assisted us post-closing to get settled in the space and went way out of his way to be present at all inspections/appraisals. We were really impressed that he proactively sought out different quotes for us to replace the roof on the house. I would definitely recommend Brennan!
