Brad Drake did an awesome job selling my Mom's house. He kept us informed of any changes and was always available to answer questions and help when needed.
Brad did an excellent job in facilitating the sell of my mother's home. There were many obstacles with the "As is" sale of the home, Brad kept track of every detail. His communication was very detailed and lead us through each step. He went above and beyond, driving to our home for unexpected signatures, meeting with us to explain various situations, helping us move items out of
mom's home, meeting with contractors to discuss foundation issues on the house. Brad made the sale of mom's home very easy and burden free. We were pleased with the exceptional effort and time Brad put into the sale of the home.
Again we could not be happier with the process, and the results. Thanks Brad, you are 2 for 2! We have now both bought and sold property with Brad Drake and can not imagine working with anyone else. Thanks!
It was divine intervention that we met Brad. We were immediately delighted with his willingness to meet us at a property of interest the same day of initial contact. His professionalism, knowledge, personality, enthusiasm and consistently positive attitude brought us through the process to closing.
Brad was amazing to work with from the very beginning. We have worked with many Realtors and none have been as thorough or who have had as great an attitude in a process that can at times be trying and disappointing. I really feel like We have found our forever agent but also a good friend! Thanks Brad!
