Brad did an excellent job in facilitating the sell of my mother's home. There were many obstacles with the "As is" sale of the home, Brad kept track of every detail. His communication was very detailed and lead us through each step. He went above and beyond, driving to our home for unexpected signatures, meeting with us to explain various situations,helping us move items out of mom's home, meeting with contractors to discuss foundation issues on the house. Brad made the sale of mom's home very easy and burden free. We were pleased with the exceptional effort and time Brad put into the sale of the home.
