Betty sold a beach apartment for us. From the beginning, she was always reliable, pleasant, and responsive to our needs. We regularly rented the property, and after its sale, the managing company, Vacasa, erroneously paid the rental income to the new buyer even though we were the owners at the time of the rental. Vacasa was not helpful and wouldn't correct their error. But Betty did! She worked every angle to get us our due, from the frustrating dealings with the management company to contacting the new buyer. In the end, the buyer was an honest person and Betty secured our income. She was relentless in doing the right thing, even though her responsibility to us was technically finished. Betty is a rare breed of realtors whom I recommend without reservation. We are so glad we selected her and cannot imagine anyone doing a better job for us!
